Chance’s Happy Ending as told by his mom: My husband and I live in Oshkosh, WI.  I am the one who begged and pleaded because I desperately wanted to welcome a dog into our family.  My husband (bless his heart) agreed and we found Chance on Petfinder.com shortly after.  Chance was in Indiana and we were in Wisconsin, but after much conversation and communication with his foster mom, we knew that he was the one for us. We drove down to Indiana on a snowy day in February to meet him and again in March to pick him up.  He has been with us now for almost five years and we are thankful for him each and every day.  Chance turned out to be older that we had originally thought and is now a senior citizen living out his days on our couch and bed, enjoying rawhide bones, belly rubs and short, but sweet walks around our neighborhood.  My dear, sweet husband often says, "Thank you for making me get Chance."  I couldn't agree more. So...why not take a "Chance" or two in life....it could be the best thing you ever do. - Leah LeClair
