Mixed Up Mutts is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and we rely completely on donations. Every little bit helps. All donations are tax deductible!

Also, we need you! If you can donate your time to work adoption events, transport animals or help out with fundraising or public awareness efforts, we can always use more help.
Do you have a student group who would like to help with a community service project? Tag Days are the perfect way! We will supply you with brochures and a cute dog or two while you supply the kids! Who can resist donating to kids and doggies?
If you are a person experienced in canine obedience training and/or behavioral training, agility, flyball, or any other canine training or sporting activity, and would like to volunteer a few hours a week at the prison or be a guest presenter, please contact us at info@mixedupmutts.org. Even if you don't have the above experience but are a people person and love to hang out with a large pack of dogs, you can still become a Prison Tails volunteer. We can always use help with adoptions, transports, and handler classwork. (All volunteers with the IDOC must pass a background check)
